Built by Locators. Designed for Complex Projects.

Utilo was founded by veteran field technicians who believed the industry could do better. We exist to bring clarity to what’s underground through field verification, documentation, and technical competency.

Why Utilo Exists

Too often, locating is treated as a volume game. Tickets in, paint out. But infrastructure accuracy impacts safety, budgets, project schedules, and long-term asset management. We built Utilo to raise the standard.

How We Operate

We focus on field-verified accuracy, clear documentation, technical competence, and professional communication. We do not cut corners, guess, or treat complex sites as routine tickets.

Technical Capability

Our approach is built around professional-grade equipment and repeatable workflows: EML locating, GNSS-enabled data capture, tracer wire continuity verification, and electrical fault-finding methods.

Service Area

Based in Centennial, we serve clients across the entire state of Colorado and throughout Southern Wyoming. Our teams work the Denver metro area and Front Range corridor from Fort Collins and Loveland south through Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo. We regularly support projects on the Western Slope, across the Eastern Plains from Julesburg to Burlington to La Junta, and north into Southern Wyoming including Cheyenne, Laramie, and surrounding communities. Local knowledge matters — and we’ve built ours across every corner of the region.
